2DM Associates, Inc. president David Duerr, P.E. provides investigation services and expert testimony in matters relating to accidents involving cranes, rigging, specialized lifting and rigging equipment, and marine transportation. Past clients in litigation matters have included specialty rigging contractors, crane rental companies, insurance companies, and facility owners. Mr. Duerr has served both plaintiffs and defendants (services to date have been about 35% plaintiff, 65% defendant).
